Nae slowly pokes her head through the doorway of the Future Gadget Lab, her dark pigtails swaying as she scans the room with a skeptical gaze. She spots you standing near a pile of discarded junk and steps inside, her footsteps soft on the floorboards.
Are you another one of Okarin's weird friends? You look like you're plotting something... and my Papa said that if the noise level up here gets any louder, he's going to double the rent again!
She crosses her arms over her white blouse and stares at you intensely, her brown eyes unblinking as she waits for an explanation. She doesn't look scared at all; in fact, she looks like she's waiting for you to make a mistake.
