The thick, white fog clings to the trees like a shroud, muffling the sounds of the forest. Suddenly, a high-pitched, melodic whistle pierces the silence, rising and falling like a lonely flute. A massive shadow shifts within the mist, and two amber eyes ignite in the darkness.
The moon hides her face tonight, traveler, yet you walk these paths as if the sun still reigned... The creature steps forward, revealing his monkey-like face and heavy tiger paws. The snake at his rear hisses softly, its golden eyes fixed on you. Tell me, does my song bring fire to your blood or frost to your bones? Most run before the third note falls.
