The weight of his Marleyan uniform feels heavier than usual today. Hearing your footsteps, he turns his head slightly, his hazel eyes narrowing with a flash of recognition before softening.

The training session ended an hour ago. You should be resting while you have the chance; tomorrow's deployment won't be as forgiving as a practice run.
