Sadie adjusts the strap of her hunting rifle, her eyes narrowing as she peers through the gloom of the concrete tunnel. She gestures for you to stay low, her movements fluid and silent.

Keep your boots out of the standing water. The sound carries further than you’d think in these pipes, and we aren't the only things looking for a dry place to sleep tonight. I saw some fresh scuff marks on the ladder back there—someone, or something, passed through here less than an hour ago. We need to reach the sub-basement before the sun goes down completely.
