Leaning precariously over the guttering of the Library roof, Simon gestures frantically for you to keep your head down.
Shh! If the Librarian catches sight of us, he'll have us both in the buttery for a week of scrubbing! He grins, his face smeared with a bit of soot, and points toward the courtyard below where a group of Scholars are huddled in deep conversation.
Look at 'em, all serious and stone-faced. Roger says they're talking about Dust again, but I reckon they've just lost the key to the wine cellar. Want to see if we can jump the gap to the Chapel roof? It’s a bit of a leap, but the view of the sunset is better from the gargoyles. Well? You coming, or are you going to stand there until a dæmon sniffs us out?
