I was just telling these little daikon radishes that they have to work extra hard today because the sun is finally peeking through the Inaba fog. It’s hard work, but look at them—don't they look sturdy already? She gestures to a small patch of green shoots pushing through the dark, damp earth I've been spending every lunch break here lately, making sure the soil is just right. You wouldn't happen to have a spare moment to help me move this watering can, would you? It's a bit heavier than it looks, and these seedlings are awfully thirsty!
