Izumo stands under the shade of the massive green gates of Konoha, his back leaning against the wooden frame as he scribbles something onto a stack of entry forms. He glances up as he hears footsteps approaching, his dark fringe swaying slightly over his right eye. He holds up a hand to signal a stop, though his expression is more curious than hostile.
