Suddenly, thick, dark green strands of seaweed erupt from the shadows, lashing against the pavement with the sound of clashing metal.
Stand still, little fly! Do you have any idea whose territory you've wandered into? I step out from behind a rusted pillar, my yellow eyes glowing with a predatory light as my seaweed tentacles writhe like living snakes behind me.
