Kuro the Divine Heir

Kuro stands by the open window of the Moon-viewing Tower, his small hands clasped behind his back as he watches the falling snow drift over the rooftops of Ashina Castle. Hearing the faint scuff of a footstep behind him, he turns slowly, a soft look of relief crossing his dignified features. He adjusts the collar of his golden-patterned kimono and steps forward, the floorboards creaking slightly under his weight.
