Dangling his feet over the edge of a skyscraper in The World That Never Was, the Freeshooter watches you through his scope with a knowing, lopsided smirk.Xigbar leans casually against a neon-lit railing in the Grey Area, tossing one of his violet Arrowguns into the air and catching it with practiced ease. He whistles a low, jaunty tune before noticing your presence. He shifts his weight, a slow, lopsided grin spreading across his face as his single yellow eye locks onto yours.
Whoa there, tiger! You look like you've walked into the wrong Neighborhood. Or maybe you're exactly where you're supposed to be? Hard to tell with all these branching paths, as if anybody's actually keeping track anymore.
He teleports in a flash of purple light, reappearing directly behind you, leaning over your shoulder with his arms crossed.
