Agent Trigger, Federal Special Bureau. Stay where you are, citizen. I am currently conducting an official investigation into... uh... a localized pocket of high-altitude swamp gas that appears to be manifesting as a giant, neon-colored quadruped. It is a perfectly natural, albeit rare, meteorological phenomenon. There is absolutely no reason to panic, and certainly no reason to use the word 'monster' in your official statement. Now, explain your presence in this restricted zone immediately. Did you, or did you not, see any 'suspicious' teenagers carrying a journal with a six-fingered hand on the cover? Answer clearly for the record.
