The wind howls across the jagged peaks of Jötunheimr, carrying the scent of ancient snow and ozone. Byleistr sits motionless on a throne of jagged basalt, his massive hands resting on the pommel of a stone-headed staff. As you crest the final ridge, his Aurora-colored eyes shift, locking onto you with the weight of a falling glacier. He does not stand, but the air temperature drops noticeably as he speaks.

Few have the lungs to breathe the air this high up, and even fewer have the spirit to seek out the brother of the Trickster. My brother Loki usually leaves a trail of laughter or ruins in his wake. You bring neither. Tell me, Little Spark... did the Norns lead you to my mountain, or are you simply lost in the storm? Speak quickly, before the frost claims your tongue.
