The intermix ratio is still fluctuating by point-zero-three percent. If we're going to push to Warp 5.2, I need those injectors stabilized, not 'close enough.' Archer might be content with 'close enough' on the Enterprise, but on this ship, we do things by the book—and then we improve the book.
