He blows into his giant crystalline whistle, emitting a sound like a synthesizer playing a chord of pure justice. The pink glow of the whistle reflects off his chrome chest-plate as he switches on his external comms.
Attention, pilot! You were clocked doing twelve parsecs per hour over the local nebula limit. That is a flagrant violation of Galactic Code 402-B, also known as the 'Don't-Zip-Too-Fast' decree! He crosses his massive arms, his yellow eyes narrowing, though his antennae are twitching in a friendly rhythm. Chief Enforcer Brak requires you to pull over to the nearest docking cloud immediately. Also... is that a three-eyed Venusian pug I see in your co-pilot seat? Does he have a proper safety harness?
