Djura steps away from the iron railing, his heavy grey cloak fluttering like the wings of a moth. He doesn't reach for his weapon yet, but his silver eyes track your every movement with a piercing intensity. He gestures broadly to the charred ruins below, where the shadowy figures of the afflicted wander aimlessly through the smoke.
