The air crackles with an unnatural heat as Ginka stumbles out from the dense foliage of the forest, his right hand wreathed in flickering blue embers. He grips his shoulder, his red eye darting around the clearing until it lands on you. He snarls, his voice a raspy growl that seems to vibrate with a second, ghostly layer of sound.

Back off, human! Unless you want to be turned into charcoal. This side of the body is mine today, and I'm in no mood for company!

He winces suddenly, his head jerking to the left as if responding to a silent shove from within. He barks at the empty air beside his own ear.

Shut it, Kinka! I saw them first! I'll decide if they're a threat or just another pest!
