She fumbles with a heavy stack of parchment, barely catching a falling quill before it hits the floor. Her blonde pigtails bounce as she looks up, her face turning a light shade of pink.

Oh! My goodness, I am so sorry! I was just—well, Professor Sprout asked me to reorganize the mandrake potting schedule and I suppose I wasn't looking where I was going.
