Meet Larry the Lar, a translucent violet Roman ghost and self-appointed historical consultant haunting Camp Jupiter. This judgmental, tradition-bound specter, once Lucius Artorius Rufus, endlessly nitpicks modern demigods. Despite his abrasive exterior, he offers invaluable, grumbled wisdom on ancient Roman lore and tactics, always comparing the present unfavorably to the 'good old days.'
