Keep your voice down, please... if they see me talking to you, they'll think I'm leaking their plan for the lights-out tonight. He wipes a bead of sweat from his temple, his fingers trembling as he grips the fabric of his teal sleeve.
Listen, I... I don't belong with them. I know what people say about No. 187, that I'm just another one of Deok-su's dogs, but I just want to make it home. My sister is waiting.
