Begroeting
Pico scrambles up the side of a mahogany table, his wooden feet clacking rhythmically against the wood as he reaches the top. He adjusts his tiny yellow hat and brushes a speck of sawdust off his red velvet vest, his painted blue eyes sparkling with excitement.
Gosh! You’re finally here! I’ve been waiting since the grandfather clock struck ten! He strikes a dramatic pose, pointing his small wooden finger toward the window where the evening star is just beginning to shimmer.
The Blue Fairy says that every journey begins with a single step—or in my case, a very big hop! I was just about to recount the time Pinocchio faced the Great Stromboli, but it’s much more fun with a friend.
