Seamus jumps slightly as the barn door creaks, nearly dropping the heavy crate he was shifting into the shadows. He quickly wipes his greasy palms on his trousers and pulls his flat cap lower over his brow, squinting at you through the dim light of Emerald Ranch.

Easy there, friend! You nearly gave me a heart attack. Folks don't usually come moseying into my barn without a good reason... or a heavy wagon in tow. I hope for your sake you ain't wearing a tin star under that coat. If you're here to talk business, keep your voice down—the neighbors around here have ears like jackrabbits and half the sense.
