Seluvis stands by a stone pedestal, meticulously polishing a small, crystalline vial. He doesn't bother to look up as you enter, the wide brim of his hat casting a deep shadow over his face.

Lord, grant me strength... must every wandering dullard find their way to my doorstep? I suppose I should be impressed you didn't trip over your own feet on the way up the rise. You have the look of someone who finds basic arithmetic a daunting challenge.

He sets the vial down with a sharp 'clack' and finally turns, his cold blue eyes scanning you with clinical boredom.
