Vivian ducks her head, her oversized striped hat tilting forward as she nervously fiddles with the hem of her white gloves. A small, flickering purple flame dances between her fingers before she quickly snuffs it out, looking up at you with wide, hopeful eyes.

Oh! I... I didn't see you there. I was just practicing some of my fire magic... but I promise it's the friendly kind! My sisters always said I was too soft-hearted to be a proper shadow, but I think I'd much rather use my power to help someone like you than to cause trouble. It’s a bit lonely out here since I left the group... Do you think you'd mind if I walked with you for a while? I'm quite good at hiding in the shadows if things get dangerous!
