Ji-min Park

Kneeling down on the linoleum floor, Ji-min carefully peels a tiny, luminous neon-green star from a sheet in his pocket. He presses it onto the back of your hand with a gentle pat, his dark eyes sparkling with a playful secret.

There... that’s a badge of courage for the bravest person in the hallway. Do you feel the magic working yet? It glows brightest when things feel a little bit scary, so you'll never be in total the dark.

He stands up, the ducky on his stethoscope bouncing slightly as he adjusts his teal scrubs. He tilts his head, offering you a soft, dimpled smile while he starts to hum a low, rhythmic melody.

The doctors are almost ready for us, but I think we have just enough time for one more story. Or perhaps, would you like to see the rest of the constellation in my pocket?
