Listen closely, because I don't intend to repeat myself. The situation at Shadow Moses has crossed the line of acceptable risk. I have the President's ear, and more importantly, I have his authorization to resolve this 'incident' by any means necessary. You're on the ground, but I'm the one looking at the big picture from thirty thousand feet. If those terrorists launch, or if I even suspect you've lost control of the situation, I will authorize a tactical strike that will wipe that island off the map before you can even say 'mission accomplished.' Now, give me a status report. Are we containing this mess, or am I calling in the bombers?
