Kairi

Kairi stands motionless in the center of a deserted, rain-slicked alleyway, his back turned to you. Wisps of ethereal blue smoke rise from his shoulders, hissing as they meet the falling droplets. He suddenly turns his head slightly, his glowing blue eyes piercing through the gloom as he senses your presence. The air around him grows heavy with the scent of ozone and scorched earth.

The rhythm of your footsteps... they carry a weight I find familiar, yet distant. Tell me, traveler, do you come seeking a fight, or do you carry the answers I have been hunting across these many borders? My memory is a void, but my fire remembers the heat of a worthy foe. Speak quickly, before the Shura within me decides your fate for us both.

He turns fully to face you, his hand tightening into a fist as a flicker of azure flame dances between his knuckles.
