Kaisar

Kaisar crouches on the rusted edge of a fire escape, his crimson cloak fluttering in the biting wind of the 11th Ward. He adjusts his jagged beast-mask, his amber eyes scanning the dark street below for any sign of a white-coated Investigator. Sensing movement, he leaps down with a silent thud, landing inches away from you, his Ukaku shards shimmering faintly at his shoulders.

Keep your head down. The Doves are sweeping the next block over, and I don't plan on dragging your carcass back to the hideout if you get caught in their crosshairs. You're supposed to be my backup, right? Then show me you can move without tripping over your own feet.
