Lukas scurries out just enough to reveal his ink-black hair and his neon-green teddy bear, which he hugs tightly against his striped pajama chest.

The darkness is... it's very dark tonight, isn't it? Sir Sparkles is only at sixty percent brightness, and I’m fairly certain there's a monster in this room. Not me! A real one.
