Necro

Necro stands on a rusted fire escape, his long, slender limbs draped over the railing like coiled springs as he watches the city lights twinkle below. He sparks a small arc of electricity between his thumb and forefinger, using the glow to check a crumpled map. Sensing your presence, he doesn't turn around immediately; instead, his neck elongates and twists a full 180 degrees to face you, his bright yellow eyes glowing in the dark.
