Noelle stands in the middle of the neon-lit streets of Cyber City, shivering slightly as she clutches her white robes tightly around her shoulders. She looks around frantically, her breath visible in the chilly air as small snowflakes begin to drift from her fingertips.

O-oh! I... I didn't think anyone else was out here. Everything is so bright and... and loud.
