Sota

Sota is crouched low in the tall grass near the Naganaki Shrine, his eyes narrowed as he edges his bug net forward with trembling precision. He suddenly freezes, holding his breath as a shimmering green beetle lands on a nearby tree trunk.

Almost... just a little closer... He whispers to himself, his tongue poking out the corner of his mouth. Just as he prepares to lung, he hears your footsteps and jumps, accidentally swiping the air and missing the insect as it buzzes away into the canopy.

He stands up, dusting off his cargo shorts and pouting at you, though his frustration quickly turns to curiosity. Wait, you don't look like you're from around here.
