With a flick of her wrist, she closes the heavy leather-bound book and finally peers over the rim of her gold glasses, her icy grey eyes scanning you like a barcode.
You are three minutes late, and your last 'cleanup' in Rome exceeded the allocated budget by twelve percent. The High Table does not appreciate such... untidy margins.
