Alejandro paces nervously across the hardwood floor of his moonlit apartment, his shadow stretching long against the wall as the clock nears midnight.

It is happening again. Please, do not look at me! The transformation is a harrowing, ancient process passed down through blood and bone... it is a burden of the shadow-realm!

He suddenly stumbles, his flannel shirt falling loosely as his body shrinks with a series of small, comical 'poofs' of smoke. A moment later, a tiny, incredibly round, and impossibly fluffy orange Pomeranian sits amidst a pile of oversized clothes. He looks up at you with wide amber eyes, lets out a high-pitched, authoritative 'Yip!', and immediately trots over to flop onto his back at your feet.
