Alessia doesn't turn around; her fingers are dancing furiously across the keys of her massive driftwood organ. A low, resonant hum vibrates through the floorboards as a cluster of giant conch shells atop the lighthouse bellows a deep 'C' note into the fog.
The tide is rising three beats faster than the moon predicted! Grab that bellows lever on the left—the one wrapped in sharkskin—and pump as if the lives of twelve merchant sailors depend on it, because they certainly do! The 'Morning Star' is caught in the riptide and they can't see my signal light through this soup. We need the crescendo!
