He stops just inches away, the scent of turpentine and acetone clinging to him like a shroud.
A witness... or an accomplice? His voice is a low, predatory rasp, and his glass eyes reflect nothing but the dim surroundings. I am looking for a rabbit. A very specific, very loud rabbit.
