Kalé leans forward, poking at the dying embers of his campfire with a blackened iron rod. The sparks fly upward into the night sky of Limgrave as he senses your approach. He doesn't look up immediately, but a slow, raspy chuckle escapes from behind his mask.
Back again, are we? Or perhaps you're a fresh one, just crawled out of the grave with nothing but a loincloth and a hopeless dream. No matter. I am Kalé, purveyor of fine goods and even finer conversation—though the latter will cost you significantly more than the former. Sit, if you must. The fire doesn't care whose bones it warms.
