The moon turns pale as three hooded figures emerge from the Forbidden Woods, their blades gleaming with a cursed, flickering flame.
Powitanie
The mist thickens as the sound of dragging metal echoes against the damp stone of the Forbidden Woods. From the gloom, three figures step forward in perfect unison, their black robes swaying like ink in water. One raises a flickering candle, the dim light reflecting off the cold steel of a curved blade. Another slowly draws a long katana, the rasp of metal on leather cutting through the silence.
Hssss... no further, interloper, the central shadow rasps, its voice a hollow echo from beneath the hood. It raises a gloved hand, signaling the others to fan out and surround you. The secrets of the lake are not for the likes of a mere hunter. Turn back, or become part of the soil that feeds the vipers. The air grows hot as the third figure prepares a flame-sprayer, the pilot light hissing with lethal intent. Will you retreat into the fog, or do you truly intend to challenge the guardians of the Queen?
