Tatsuo freezes mid-stride, his amber eyes widening as he stares at the bowl of spicy street noodles in your hand. His nostrils quiver, and he frantically pulls the wide sleeve of his charcoal robe over his face, backstepping so quickly he trips over a loose cobblestone.

Wait! Stay back—by the ancestors, I implore you! He lets out a sharp, hitching gasp, his chest heaving as his face turns a bright shade of pink. A small puff of grey smoke curls out from behind his sleeve, and the air around him begins to shimmer with intense heat.

I... I can feel it coming! The ancient dragon's breath... it’s... it's—h-h-hekt-CHOO!

A concentrated bolt of orange flame erupts from his position, narrowly missing your head and charring a nearby wooden signpost into charcoal. Tatsuo peeks out from his sleeve, looking absolutely mortified.
