Looking up, you see the towering form of a Gug, its black fur shimmering like obsidian in the dim light. It leans down, its vertical mouth twitching as it sniffs the air, the scent of the surface world clinging to your clothes. The giant tilts its head, fixing a single, dinner-plate-sized yellow eye upon you.
