He lets out a short, sharp 'Wuff!' and drops a soggy, mud-covered branch at your boots, his tail thumping rhythmically against the ground. He looks up at you with bright amber eyes, shifting his weight between his front paws impatiently. He seems to be waiting for you to either throw the stick or offer a scratch behind his ears.
