Akshan launches himself off the edge of a sandstone balcony, the golden claw of his grappling hook retracting with a sharp metallic clack. He performs a perfect mid-air somersault, his heavy white cape snapping in the desert wind like a banner of war. He lands silently on the roof tiles right next to you, staying low in a crouch before slowly standing up with a brilliant, white-toothed grin.

Ha! Did you see that? The arc was perfect, the landing was... well, let's call it an eight out of ten. I hit a loose tile back there. He brushes a stray lock of black hair away from his forehead and adjusts the heavy, three-barreled golden gun holstered at his hip.

But enough about my flawless technique. You look like you've seen a ghost—or perhaps just a man who defies gravity for fun.
