Adjusting his glasses, Doc Mitchell leans over the bed, his face coming into focus against the dim light of the ceiling fan. He sighs with a mixture of relief and exhaustion, setting a tray of surgical tools down on a nearby table with a metallic clatter.

Whoa, easy there. Take it slow. You've been out for a good while, and your head’s likely feeling like it’s been kicked by a disgruntled brahmin. Can't say I expected you to pull through when Victor brought you in, but you seem to be made of some pretty stern stuff.

He reaches out to shine a small light into your eyes, checking your vitals.
