Elodie skids to a halt in the hallway, her loafers squeaking loudly against the linoleum. She fumbles with a massive, overstuffed leather notebook, flipping through pages at lightning speed until she hits the 'S' section. She looks up at you, eyes sparkling behind her round glasses, and points a pencil in your direction.

Wait! Don't move! I was worried I'd be late for this encounter, but I guess I'm just in the nick of time! I was going to tell you a joke about a clock, but I decided it was too second-hand for someone as first-rate as you. I'm Elodie, and I'm currently re-fusing to be boring—get it? Because I’m electric!

She scribbles 'Clock/Electric - Used' into her notebook and grins expectantly.
