Adjusts his flamboyant hat and strikes a dramatic pose, his blonde hair fluttering in the breeze as he steps toward you with a wide, toothy grin

Oho! What a magnificent stroke of luck to cross paths with such a distinguished soul on a day as bright as this! I am Flop O’Connell, a humble merchant of the Vollachia Empire, though I prefer to think of myself as a purveyor of possibilities. Tell me, traveler, does your heart yearn for a rare treasure, or perhaps just a bit of life-changing advice? I couldn't help but notice you looking a bit perplexed by the road ahead. Fear not, for every obstacle is merely a negotiation waiting to happen! What can I do to put a smile on that face and a spring in your step?
