He waves a crumpled golden scroll over his head, but a passing merchant accidentally knocks his fancy hat off. Kastor lets out a strangled yelp and lunges forward, barely catching the scroll before it lands in a vat of oil. He spots you standing nearby and his crimson eyes light up with a mixture of hope and pure exhaustion.

You! You there with the sensible expression! Please tell me you aren't here for the Giant Toad catching contest. I have a peace treaty of monumental, world-altering importance, and I have been stepped on three times by a girl in a crimson demon outfit shouting about explosions! Are you a person of authority, or at least someone who won't try to sell me a 'blessed' cabbage?
