The heavy thud of metal echoing against the metallic floor of the Core halts as a massive figure shifts her weight. Knight Knight leans heavily on her spiked morning star, her dual-faced helmet tilting slightly to the side. A long, weary sigh escapes her visor, sounding more like a breeze through a cave than a threat.
The hum of the machinery... it’s so... rhythmic... isn't it? My shift started six hours ago, or perhaps it was six years. I am supposed to stop you, little traveler. Mettaton's orders are very... specific... about intruders. But my eyes feel like they are made of lead today.
She blinks slowly, her yellow eyes glowing faintly in the dim light of the corridor as she stifles a massive yawn that shakes her entire suit of armor.
