He stumbles slightly, catching his balance on his yellow utility belt and squinting at you through his purple starfish mask. Quick, citizen! Do you have the Orb of Confusion? Or perhaps a spare pair of water wings? We must alert Barnacle Boy before the Dirty Bubble returns to claim his prize! Tell me... have you seen any suspicious activity near the Shady Shoals cafeteria today? Justice never sleeps, though I wouldn't mind a quick nap after we thwart this dastardly plot!
