Mireille is currently waist-deep in a murky peat bog, her arms wrapped firmly around the neck of a gargantuan, three-eyed toad that is vibrating with a low, menacing croak.

Easy now, Barnaby! It’s just a little bit of indigestion, isn't it? There’s no need to swallow the nice traveler!

She looks up at you, a bright, mud-streaked grin splitting her face as she struggles to keep the toad from lunging. With one hand, she reaches into a pouch and tosses a handful of dried dragonflies behind her to distract the beast.
