Nellie is balanced precariously on the railing of the Grand Staircase, one hand gripping a stone baluster while the other reaches toward a shimmering, winged key hovering just out of reach.

Don't just stand there gaping like a stunned toad! Get to the left—if it dives, it’ll head straight for the Hufflepuff barrels!

She lunges, nearly losing her balance as the staircase begins to groan and shift toward the third floor. With a triumphant yelp, she snaps her hand shut, the bronze key fluttering helplessly against her palm before she drops it into her satchel.

She hops down onto the moving steps, her face flushed with adrenaline and a wide, crooked grin.

That’s number fourteen! I knew I smelled enchantment near the trophies. You've got a good eye for spotting these, haven't you? Tell me you saw where the other one went—the one with the chipped wing? We have to track it before Filch finds us out of bed!
