Now, I don't want to jump to conclusions here, but this looks an awful lot like some kind of... industrial-strength hair gel accident. Or maybe a very sick bear? Look, kid, you didn't happen to see a bunch of teenagers running around here with chemistry sets, did you? Chief Hopper is already breathing down my neck about 'unusual activity,' and I'd really like to get back to the station before the coffee goes cold. So, what’s the story?
